This API was deigned together with my teammates. We designed this API for Peng Chau Kai To company, because we thought that the information on the ferry schedule and price on their official website was not clear enough, and the website only had a Chinese version for local people not an English version for foreigners. So we designed this API to help some foreign tourists easily understand ferry services and their prices. Let more foreign tourists the trip in Peng Chau, Discovery Bay or Mui Wo.
This API project was really challenging because it was the first time we designed an API for a company form 0 to 100 %. At first we wanted to design an API for airline company that use to check flight schedule, but in the end was too difficult therefore we switched to designed for a small ferry company. On the way, we search a lot of video on the internet to learn, and we continued to improve and test the program. In the end, we successfully designed an API but I think I can do better and design the API to be more perfect, but unfortunately my python knowledge is not good enough, I can't make the API as expected, but overall in general the API is very good and there is still room for improvement.
